Request for refund



Zlatarna Križek doo you can return a product you purchased online with a request for a refund, resizing or repair. All we ask you to do is fill out our online refund request and physically add it to your package before sending, and.

For a quick and easy refund process, please complete all the fields in your refund request. Your refund request will not be processed without all the requested information. An online request has required fields and you will not be able to fill out the request unless you complete all the fields. After you submit the completed refund request, you will receive a confirmation email with the return address and a copy of the completed refund request. It is very important that the refund request is included in your package. Please note that your refund request will be processed based on the information you provided us online. Manually added comments or notes on a hard copy of your refund request will not be taken into account.

Before sending, pack your piece (s) of jewelry securely. We recommend that you send us jewelry using shipping with insurance and which allows tracking throughout the delivery. Zlatarna Križek doo is not responsible for loss or damage during transport. The cost of sending the return or jewelry is not borne by Zlatarna Križek doo but by the buyer who sends the return, according to the General Terms and Conditions.

Once we receive your shipment, it takes 3-5 business days to process your request. We would like to draw your attention to how returns come to our Quality Control Department, where a thorough check is done before your Request is processed, and depending on your refund instructions, additional charges may apply. After reviewing your piece of jewelry, if you need to pay extra, you will be informed before any action is taken to process your request.

Product Return Terms

In order to be able to get a refund as a whole, your product must meet the following product refund conditions:

The product is not worn and used, no traces of use are visible, such as scratches, dents, stains, broken stones or other imperfections, but not limited to.

Your return shipment should include any additional parts, such as the original decorative box, certificates and other promotional items that are also not damaged.

Your product has not been modified by a third party before, nor has the size of the ring or other resized products been modified.

You did not order your product as a special order, which was designed and manufactured according to your request and special specifications, approved by you and created according to that order.

Your product contains genuine diamond stones that were purchased incorporated in the product and have not been modified by the third party to modify the fixtures and in any way in contact with the product in terms of service.

Your product has an original certificate (if the product included a certificate) issued by Zlatarna Križek doo.

The item can be returned to Zlatarni Križek doo within 14 days of delivery of your order.



Please ensure that the product you wish to return meets all of the following conditions, otherwise we will not be able to refund for goods that do not meet the specified product refund conditions. If you are unable to meet the return request and because you do not meet the conditions of return of the product, you will be notified electronically in due time and the product will be returned to you and the delivery service will charge the shipping costs you are obliged to pay when picking up the product.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you chose during your purchase, excluding shipping costs. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be displayed in your account, depending on your bank or credit card company.
