Engraving
If you have ordered your piece of jewelry without engraving and later decide how you would like it to be engraved with the message, we will be happy to do it for you at no additional charge, but in this case the buyer will bear the cost of shipping the product to us and from us back to your address. To submit your engraving product, complete the return request and follow the steps explained in the "RETURN" section. Make sure you send us your piece of jewelry for engraving without any additional parts, such as a gift box or certificate, as these versions will not be returned to you after the engraving is completed.
Engraving with jewelry does not void your warranty. Do not use third party services such as other companies or jewelers or engravers other than Zlatarna Križek doo for engraving, as you will void your Warranty.
Please note that the engraving process takes up to 10 business days depending on the product itself.
Engraving items that are not a product of Zlatarna Križek doo are also possible, but it is certainly advisable to consult our customer service before sending and deciding on engraving to avoid unnecessary costs, and in case the product cannot be engraved.
